Delivery Information

Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pick up rates are based on the time and the location of your event. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted as a round trip fee.  We can deliver 7 days a week, even late night. Call for a quote on delivery fees . It is recommended that the customer be available on site for delivery and pick up times.

We will not travel stairs or ride the elevators, Delivery only door to door service, or carry more then10 to 20 feet for tents and other rentals, must be easy excess to drop off and pick-up.

Set Up & Tear Down
We will set up Dance floors, tents, canopies, stages and open tables. There is an additional charge for setting up chairs for special events. Prior arrangements must be made. Set up does not include linens and table settings. Set up and tear down service is available at an additional cost. Arrangement must be made in advance.

Rental Period
All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop-off at our location you may pick up party rentals one day before your event and return the equipment on the next business day. For deliveries We prefer to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. However all options are open with prior arrangements and same day deliveries are possible and are subject to availability of the equipment.

Glassware & China
All china, glassware, silverware, and food service items must be rinsed food-free and repacked in the order they come in their containers for return. Any sorting out will be charges extra or customer is required to do them with waiting charges apply.
