Loss or Damage
All rentals are required a security deposit on pick-up or delivery, amount to be determine on the size off the order,either it may be cash or pre-authorized on a credit card. no order can go out without security deposit. Any lose or damage the customer is required to pay the replacement cost at todays prices.
All rentals items should be returned in the manor you recieve them. All dishes and food serving items must be rinsed or clear off any food.
All table and chairs must be returned dry as you recieve them and free off dirt and spills
Any items returned later then the return date will be charged late fees on a daily basis.
Customers must notify the shop for any items not recieved, or not working prior to their event.
Reporting after the event will not be accepted,
Cancellation Policy
Any rental orders cancelled prior 90 days before the delivery/will-call date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee unless prior agreements are made. Orders cancelled the day of the event or at time of delivery or will call will be charged in full and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Special order items are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.There is no refund on deposit for any cancellations.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pick up rates are based on the time and the location of your event. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted as a round trip fee. There is a minimum rental order of $85.00 dollars that must be met before delivery charges are applied. Please note: Our normal delivery and pick up times are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM-5 PM. Sunday 9 AM-2:00 pm. If a more specific time is needed or after hours there will be additional charges. It is recommended that the customer be available onsite for delivery and pick up times.
Set Up & Tear Down
We will set up Dance floors, tents, canopies, stages and open tables. There is an additional charge for setting up chairs for special events. Prior arrangements must be made. Set up does not include linens and table settings. Set up and tear down service is available at an additional cost. Arrangement must be made in advance.
Rental Period
All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop-off at our location you may pick up party rentals one day before your event and return the equipment on the next business day. For deliveries We prefer to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. However all options are open with prior arrangements and same day deliveries are possible and are subject to availability of the equipment.
Glassware & China
All china, glassware, silverware, and food service items must be rinsed food-free ad repacked in their containers for return.
Loss or Damage
A 5% Damage waiver will be added to all Party Rental Orders. If Client does not agree to the damage waiver fee Customer will be charged for breakage or loss at the replacement cost of item, Moist or wet table cloths should not be bundled or bagged. Please lay open until completely dry. Mildew stains cannot be removed.
